Logan's First Snow!

Logan spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa Hunts house and was there for the first big snow of the year! They caught a few great pictures with him!

Outside with Grandpa in the snow for the first time!

I was very confused by these big white things hitting my face! Good thing Grandma and Grandpa only took me out for a minute for these quick pictures!

Back inside now and I'm realizing that those snowflakes were CRAZY!!

Such a big boy hanging out on my tummy. I only seem to really like tummy time in the mornings. By the evenings I'm tired and just want to cuddle with mommy and daddy.

My mom thinks I'm the most adorable thing she has ever seen! And she and daddy were talking today that lately I've been looking a lot like my Hunt side. But everyone on the Hunt side think I look like Daddy and many on the Wolfe side thing I look like Mommy. Go figure!

SO TIRED....... and I'm not talking about Logan

Well I must say - Logan put us through the ringer last night. And by us I mean ME! Nathan tends to sleep through most anything unless I wake him up. There have been a handful of times where he woke up before me.

They say that babies sleep patterns regress around four months. It seems Logan may have started a bit early. Last night we went through Logan's bedtime routine and all was well. He woke up at 11:30 - fussy as can be and by 11:45 he insisted on being fed (totally not normal). Nathan got up and fed him. Such a great hubby I have! Then at 1:45, 2:30, 3:15 and finally 4:00 he was awake and FUSSY! The first three I guess I shouldn't say he was awake - just eyes closed and fussy. I would pick him up because all my efforts to keep him happy in his crib didn't work and he would be quiet and asleep in a few seconds. The moment he was laid down it was all over and he was crying again. He ate again at 4:00 and thankfully slept again until about 6:40 and Nathan (who was already up) took him so I could sleep in a little while longer. It was a long night. I am hoping he will sleep better tonight. I know we all could use a good night of sleep.

He is doing so well though and getting so big. He has had a bad cold for a while now and just started breathing treatments on Friday. They seem to be helping him. At his doctors appt last week he was 11 pounds 12 ounces! He is getting so big. A far cry from his 5 pounds starting weight. :-)

Logan found his feet!

Logan was so cute yesterday afternoon. He was sitting on Nathan's lap and all of sudden Logan saw his kicking feet and was just so amazed by them. He even started reaching for them and I was glad to get one caught on the video camera! He even grabbed at his rattle a couple times yesterday! YAY!

Another day

Don't have much to report. Logan has bronchilitis. Basically a really bad cold. He has a little wheezing that seems to be a bit better today. We raised up his crib mattress so his head is a little higher up which is a good thing. He is sleeping a lot better. He went to bed around 9 last night and slept until 5 this morning - took a bottle and was out until I woke him up to go to daycare at 7:45.

I hate having to wake him up. There is nothing cuter than unwrapping Logan from his swaddle and watching him stretch! He is so flippin cute when he stretches. It cracks me up. He gets this little scrunched up face and it is adorable. I am loving those little moments with him. I think tomorrow morning I will record it and post a video. It is too cute not to share!

3 months old!

I can't belive Mr. Man is three months old now! He is getting to be so big!

This past weekend we had great fun. Went to Ikea on Saturday morning with Nathan's family and then we met up with Kyle, Sarah, Tommy and Piper for Christmas pictures! They turned out so great and Logan was absolutely adorable. Tommy was such a big boy and Piper was completely perfect with all smiles and happiness. We got a great one of the three of them and a few great ones of Logan.

Sunday we had a 6 month birthday party for Piper at mom and dad's house. A great time was had by all.

Logan has been sleeping really well. The vast majority of the time he only has one feeding during the night. We put him to bed around 8:30-9 or so and he is awake between 7 an d 8. He is up to eating 4 oz a feeding. We'll probably try to up it this weekend and see how he does. He is still spitting up, but not quite as much as before. It is just hard when he goes through formula like crazy and it costs SOOO much. I wish he was on regular formula rather than this double the price hypo-allergenic stuff. Oh well. Whatever is best for him. I am looking forward to him growing out of the milk protein intolerance though - that is for sure.

Here are a couple of his Christmas pictures!

A lovely weekend

This was a great weekend at the Wolfe house. Friday night we went over to Aunt Me and Uncle Frank's for some "trick-or-treating" - Logan slept through a lot of it, but was very cute in his halloween outfit that Aunt Me and Uncle Frank had given him when he was still at the hospital. I didn't in a million years think it was going to fit him! He was SO tiny at the time, but while it was a tiny big baggy on him the length worked and he was cute as can be.

On Saturday Nathan and I spent a lot of time cleaning the house and took turns going to the grocery story because it seemed we kept forgetting things we needed. Mostly me. I baked a very nice German Chocolate cake for Nathan's birthday party - two layers and everything! Fancy right? :-) haha Then we had family over that afternoon to celebrate Nathan turning 28!! Such an old fart! His birthday is actually tomorrow.

Sunday we let Daddy sleep in and Logan and I hung out downstairs. Although we finally did go wake him up close to 11 (which was really noon - with the time change!) Then I went on my laundry doing spree. Good times. Logan took a three hour nap in the afternoon and Nathan and I decided we deserved a nap as well! It was nice! Then we played the new Nintendo Wii game he got for his birthday. It was just a really nice relaxing weekend.

OH - and the deal of the weekend. This really nice children's clothing consignment store was having this sale where you could fill a bag for $7! The bags are kind of small so I filled THREE bags and had 22 outifts!! SCORE! Logan has a ton of great new outfits that should last him a while since many of the clothes he wears now are still newborns. Such a little monkey! Here are some pictures from our weekend of fun!
