Another Scrapbook Weekend!

This weekend my wonderful husband took over primary parenting duty so I could get some scrapbooking done! YAY! I really want to get all caught up so that I have everything done before Logan's first birthday. Since I was still only at Christmas I had a lot to do. I was able to get 20 pages done! YAY! Some I love... some I just like... some I redid! haha Next on the list of pages is our trip to the zoo - which might be a mini album I put together - there are just so many pictures from that day - it is hard to choose. Then I get to work on my niece Piper's one year album! I did her brother Tommy's first year and it will be great fun to make her book as well.
Enjoy the pages! Please feel free to comment and let me know what you think!
Christmas page - the big snowflake is a crocheted and starched - it was pretty. This is the second time I did the page. I didn't like it the first time.

Last Christmas page - how could I forget the Santa Picture?! I might redo this page tonight - I'm not sure.

Some photos from Logan's 6 month birthdy party

More photos from the same party, but I made it a mommy/Logan page.

I adore this page. it is pretty simple for the most part, but as soon as I saw I had 9 versions of the same picture I had this page in mind! Just a bunch of different little expressions of Logan. LOVE IT! I was also able to use my new Cricut for the first time. Very fun!

His first bites of solids - yum yum.

These photos crack us up each and every time we look at them.

Just a simple going for a walk page.

Easter Bunny picture - I weaved a bunch of little pieces of paper at the bottom and tried to make it look like an Easter basket and cut some little blades of "grass." I really love this page for the simple fact that it was something I'd never done before.

I used some fibery paper for mattes and over the egg picture to highlight that portion without trimming the picture down.

Just a simple picture page - nothing too special except for the people in it!

Grandma's page! Two of my favorite pictures of Grandma and Logan.

I saw this title for this and the next page a few years ago at a scrapbooking weekend...

It says "If you're HAPPY and you know it... then your FACE will surely show it"

I made the HAPPY FACE the obvious title, but I like it.

LOVE these pictures... I used the cricut to cut out the pink letters and then used a darker pink and made a shadow letter for them. In person the page really pops.

Photos from our Mach of Dimes walk. I cut the bracelet we were given and put it on the page as well.

My Mother's Day page. I found this paper on my birthday and thought it would work great. I really like how it turned out.

Logan in the grass pictures. I used grass paper to cut out the letters for the title and matting.

Screen Shot! Still makes me laugh...

Logan's hand from a birthday card he made me at daycare... so sweet. Hope you liked!
