When he has to go... he has to go.

A couple weeks before Logan turned two he all of a sudden started wanting to go potty on the toilet. As with most every other thing when it comes to Logan we just jumped into this change with both feet and hoped for the best. He was still needing to be prompted to go potty, but about 80% of the time we sat him on the toilet he would go. YIPEE! He was SOO thrilled with himself and ran around giving high fives to whoever was around. It was quite cute.

Now two months later - he is still going the overwhelming majority, he has many more dry diapers and is telling us more often when he has to go and not waiting for us to tell him. (Still working on the number two in the toilet, but we'll get there eventually - he is still young.)

Anyway - when that boy says he has to go - we stop what we are doing and he goes! This is no problem at home. When we are on the road - in the middle of no where and he says he has to go... so we pulled off into an empty church parking lot - made our way over to the edge... and.... *edited because I just couldn't put his tushy on the world wide web and you get the idea anyway. Oh and yes - he insists his pants need to be OFF when he goes potty.*

apparently the pants completely off to pee is a normal boy-thing, my friend's son does the same thing!!

I'm so impressed that you are working on potty training!!! Our kids show NO interest. Ugh. Maybe soon. . . .
