Park play

This morning we took a break from refinishing a HUGE wooden swing set (more on that hopefully in the coming week or so) to pack up a little picnic and head over to the park by our house for lunch and some park play time.

Logan really enjoyed the apple slices, PB&J and Juice. Nathan and I had some ham and cheese sandwiches with some water and baked lays potato chips. Logan of course REALLY was in to the baked chips as well. Thankfully he was good at sharing.

We went to some garage sales a couple weeks ago to find a toddler swing for Logan for the new swing set... we ended up getting one from my brother's family - yay! Little did we know Logan is actually ready for a regular swing - based on how well he did at the park today. It was quite shocking how great he did though!

Alternate use for a swing...
Logan also tried out the fireman's pole after seeing Daddy use it. He was doing pretty great too!
I hope everyone has a blessed 4th of July holiday with family and friends tomorrow. Much love to you all!
